I am slowly working through the binder and finding what specifically works for me and my needs. I love the progression and set up. I’m currently in Peking through mindset. And I’m loving being able to write down my motivations and put into words what floats around in my head. I can’t wait to continue seeing what I can take with me long term from the wonderful resource!
I am enjoying the binder, it has helped me in areas that I never focus on such as your mental well being.
It has a lot of great things that I have printed out. I think that along with the plan I am doing it will help a lot. I think there is a grounding experience in putting things in writing. Apps are great, but putting pen to paper makes it real.
